![]() I don't know if I should try fixing the broken pin(s) or ask asus for an 1150 socket replacement however much that costs (anyone know?). Although I do plan to upgrade to a Dual NIC and use it for NAS and storage uses as well as hopefully find way better Intel Drivers than this BS Kiler e220 Ethernet from MSI. ![]() ![]() My router is seriouly about 5-10 ft away and I have had the ethernet working fine and the ASUS card and I can't really distinguish a difference in speed. I only bought it because my ASUS Maximus VII Formula apparently has bent pins (which I don't even get considering the cpu was never taken out until it overheated, but that's the case). I have it because the board I have sucks for ethernet, an MSI Gaming 5.
